We would like to inform you that we will be commencing improvement work on the rear side of Holiday Villa London hotel building for the approximate duration of 12 weeks from 19th May 2008 onwards. During this entire period, the window view of all our rooms on the rear side of the building may be obstructed by the scaffolding. Repair & painting work on the exterior side of the building will take place from Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm). We will do our best endevour to minimize the interruption during this period.

Getting there: Motorway Junction: Take M4 to Hammersmith towards Kensington High Street to get into Bayswater Road. If you are driving from Heathrow airport, it will take you approximately 45 minutes to get to our hotel. From Gatwick airport, it will take approximately 90 minutes. Metered parking on the street or you can also park at NCP car park - approximately 08 minutes walk from our hotel. Heathrow Airport: The Heathrow Express runs every 15 minutes and reaches Paddington Station in 15 minutes. Once there you can reach the hotel on foot; take Eastbourne Terrace, turn left onto Craven Road, continue to Craven Hill Gardens and then turn right onto Leinster Gardens. The hotel is at number 37. Gatwick Airport: The Gatwick Express runs every 15 minutes and reaches Victoria Station in 30 minutes. Once there take the Circle Line tube towards Paddington station and get off at Bayswater station. Stansted Airport: The Stansted Express runs every 15 minutes and reaches London Liverpool Street in 45 minutes. Once there take the Circle Line tube towards Paddington station and get off at Bayswater station. Underground Tube: Holiday Villa is just a few minutes walk away from three main underground tube stations - Queensway, Bayswater and Paddington underground station. From any of these stations, you can travel within Central London via the Central Line or the District and Circle Lines. The nearest tube is Queensway (Central Line - 380 m) and Bayswater (District and Circle Line - 300 m) underground station. Directions from Bayswater (Circle and District Line) underground tube station (approx. 10 mins walk): Exit the station into Queensway Road. Walk to the middle of the street (to the corner of Whiteley's Shopping Centre) and turn left onto Porchester Gardens street. It will lead you directly into Leinster Gardens. The hotel is at number 37.
